Good Guys Finish Last.......

So why is it that it always seems like good guys finish in dead last? You know I have heard so many times that I am such a good guy but yet when it comes to dating someone or hell even trying to go out on a date with someone. So why is it that good guys finish last?? Can you tell me?
I wish I had the answer to this question because it is killing me.......
